Great story, Rolli! Bing has been a mainstay of Christmas songs all my life, having begun when I was a child with his first Christmas album. I love his voice! I had heard some things about abuse years ago, but was never clear on how much was true. Back in those days, abuse wasn’t that uncommon, nor was alcoholism. It’s great that you were able to hear the real scoop from his grandson, who is helping other people turn their lives around! Thanks!
